You know what I always used to when I had a bad dream? I made a little tent in my room, and I would get inside and keep saying evil monkeys (the dreams) go away, you cannot have my soul today. I'd say that over and over while thinking about something that made me happy, and everytime it made me feel much better! I started doing that when I was liek five! Lol!
